Samantha and Sam we're both very personable. Taking time to make my experience warm and inviting. I originally bought a membership for my daughter and I to share. She moved away so I thought I wouldn't use it as much. I feel so much better when I float, like a reset. I should just buy more floats.

i adore this business. the float spa is great for taking a moment to relax plus they have a private shower in the room. I'm a veteran & they offer 1x a month free service on/around the 11th. overall the experience is extraordinary & I appreciate all they do!

Got a gift certificate from the kids for a float. Staff was exceptional and very friendly. Got us settled in and started the tour after watching the introduction video. Place is very nice, very comfortable. Spa rooms are clean and nice. I enjoyed the float and just may do it again. I highly recommend it just by the staff alone. The float is something that may or may not be for you. I really enjoy floating!

I give this place 5 stars because the service was impeccable and friendly, the cleanliness was on point (as expected in a service like this), and the after relaxation area was very comfortable. The pod rooms are well appointed for individual needs. And the prep area has everything you need to get cleaned up afterwards. Lotion, hairspray, spray deoderant, hair dryers, q-tips, etc. are all provided. I would recommend everyone try this at least once. I do feel like my neck and knees are feeling a little better after my experience. I'm typing this as I sit here enjoying the oxygen bar while waiting on my husband to finish up. I do have to confess that I'm not sure if I'll try it again though. I was one of the unfortunate few who experience nausea so I ended my session about 10 min early and had to frequently sit up in my open pod to relieve the nausea during my hour session. The owner recommended making sure to have a full stomach and if you get motion sickness to take Dramamine to combat that for most guests who get nausea. I think I just got overheated as my issue which is unfortunately a me problem as I get overheated frequently in my daily life. My husband greatly enjoyed his experience.
